Refunds & cancellation

What you are buying

Flux Premier is a monthly membership to Flux TV, a streaming service for independent animation and music. It costs $6.99 a month, charged in U.S. dollars. It is a digital service: there is nothing to ship, and you can watch as soon as your payment goes through. A free account can watch the episodes creators have marked as free.

Billing

• You are charged when you subscribe, and then automatically on the same day every month, until you cancel.
• The charge appears on your statement as Flux TV.
• You can see every charge and download receipts in Account → Membership.
• If a renewal payment fails, the membership stops and the account goes back to a free one until you subscribe again with a working card.

Cancelling

• Cancel at any time, yourself, in Account → Membership → Cancel plan. It takes one click and you don't have to contact us.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Flux Premier until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• You can resume before that date without being charged again early.
• Deleting your account (Account → Privacy & data) also ends the membership.

Refunds

• We do not refund a month that has already started, and we do not give part-month refunds when you cancel.
• We do refund mistakes: a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge you did not authorise. Contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will put it right.
• If Flux TV was unavailable for a large part of your billing month because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund or credit that month.
• Approved refunds go back to the card that was charged, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
• Nothing here takes away refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Donations to creators

Donations are voluntary gifts to a creator, of an amount you choose. They buy nothing and are not refundable, except where a donation was charged by mistake or was not authorised by you.

Price changes

If the price of Flux Premier changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Before you dispute a charge

If something looks wrong, please contact us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute can.
